I am an international development professional with extensive experience managing multi-stakeholder programmes focused on women's informal work, forced labour, child labour, trafficking and migration, and global supply chains. Work on issues related to fundamental principles and rights at work, enabling informal workers' labour rights (including rights to social protection, wages, access to entitlements, skills, access to justice, collective bargaining etc.) and formalizing the informal economy.
Have worked in the development and corporate sector in varied capacities. Currently, with International Labour Organization, Decent Work Team for South Asia and CO for India, as the lead for ILO-Japan Project on Sustainable Global Supply Chains in South Asia, focusing on workers in lower tiers of global supply chains (India, Nepal, Sri Lanka).
