I am Dr. Richard Eshun one of the nephew's of Chancellor Kofi Annan, the former United Nations Secretary General.
I began my Education in Shakes International School in Ghana. I continued at the basic level At Francis Demonstration, went on to Fodome Methodist primary School, Elmina Roman Catholic Boy's School, Saltpon Boy's School and in Inchaban St. Mary's Roman Catholic School, all at the Basic levels.
In 1986 Ifurthered to Fijai Senior High School for my Secondary Education, and completed the Ordinary Level with pure science as my course in 1991. 
I continued to Fosu College of Education in 1991 and completed in 1994 as a Science Teacher.
In 2006 I furthered my Education in the University of Cape Coast and studied general science Education at the diploma level.
I managed to be registered at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library Centre for Human Security, Institute of African Culture and International Understanding affiliated to Bell's University of Science and Technology Ota Nigeria, when the former president of Nigeria needed some students to support in a philosophy for leadership training, in 2009 March. Three courses were offered and I started that of Education among the three.
I continued while researching at the presidential library, back to the University of Cape Coast in Ghana to study Science Education for my Post-Diploma Degree and completed in 2016.
Whiles studying at the University, I happened to serve as the National Secretary of Distance Education Students Association of Ghana ( DESAG ) for one year under the Chancellorship of Professor Dominic Koupoli and the Provost of the College of Distance Education, University of Cape Coast.
I have been nominated to receive award of Honorary Doctorate Degree twice and I am yet to honor the two.
I have about ten to fifteen publications to my credits, and with about four Organizations that I research with including Social Protection.
I am a professional teacher single with a son who is at his level 200 in a Chemical Engineering College at the Kwame Nkruma University of Science and Technology Kumasi Ghana.
I was born on the 4th May 1970 and now in my 50 years.
My father is Mr. Joseph Eshun and my mother Mrs Betty Eshun. I come from Elmina, Ghana, and living in Ghana at the moment.
