CGAP. My work focuses on the risks and opportunities emerging from the digitization of financial services and the growing interconnectedness of financial systems. I've been leading CGAP research on
government-to-person payment systems that are designed to empower recipients through customer choice and convenience. More recently, I've been exploring effective ways for donors to
support customer-centric and modern social assistance payments systems.
