Sarah Bailey is the Head of Programme for the World Food Programme Office of Caribbean Emergency Preparedness and Response. She brings more than 16 years’ experience in the humanitarian sector, including research, programme management, policy, technical assistance, monitoring and evaluation for UN agencies, NGOs and donors. Sarah is a global expert on emergency cash transfers and the intersection of social protection and disaster risk management, and she has authored key publications on these topics. Sarah holds a Masters of Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
