Mr Youb Raj Basnet has been working in Government of Nepal's national flagship Prime Minister Employment Programme from its inception period. Mr Basnet has developed the programme document, operational manual, cash for work manual and various documentation for the implementation of Right to Employment Act, 2005.

The programme ensures Right to Employment and also intervenes in labour market initiatives.
